About

Welcome!  Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss or any other type of emotional health challenge, asking for help can be difficult.   Thank you for finding the courage to initiate the healing process.

As a Registered Psychologist in Victoria, BC, I strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment that will allow you to begin or continue the work of healing.  My aim is to listen for what is not being said, to meet you where you are in your life journey, and to be attentive to the mind-body-spirit connection.

I use a variety of treatment approaches to address your unique needs, including:  Cognitive-Behavioural, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, Gestalt and Existential Therapy.  With a background in Neuropsychology I often  integrate current neuroscience perspectives into my work.   I am motivated to help you find ways to remain resilient as you work  through difficult issues that prevent you from leading a peaceful and personally meaningful life.

Although I work with people who are experiencing a wide range of emotional health challenges, I am particularly passionate about working with people who suffer from Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).  As a traumatologist, I know that tragedy can impact people in profound ways. I am here to help you find your ‘New Normal” and to provide support and compassion as you learn to live in the now.
